Shipping Charges and Information

Orders received by 6 p.m. will usually ship the next business day, unless shipped directly from a supplier, which will be noted on the item. Orders received after 6 p.m. may take two business days to ship.

FedEX Ground/Home delivery is FREE on orders of $50 or more (Alaska-Hawaii excepted).

We offer three levels of FedEx service

FedEx Ground/Home Delivery - 3 to 5 business days within the contiguous U.S.*

FedEx Next Day Delivery - Next Day business day* delivery by 4:30 p.m.**

FedEx 2nd Day Service - Delivery by 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days* to most areas; by 7 p.m. to residences**

FedEx charges are based on weight and distance from the shipping point; in this case Kansas City, MO.

Please be careful to correctly estimate "business days" when paying for premium shipping. For example, if you place an order on Thursday and we ship it the next day (Friday) you would not receive it until Tuesday afternoon - the 2nd business day from the ship day.
